Return Policy for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
Our ECOMMERCE (purchases made online ONLY) return policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 days have gone by since the original DELIVERY date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. To complete your return, we require the original receipt.
PACKAGE MUST BE POST MARKED NO MORE THEN 7 DAYS AFTER INITIAL DELIVERY DATE.
We do not handle exchanges. If you are interested in purchasing the same item you are returning you must place a new order from available inventory on our website. Please send the unwanted item(s) back as a return. These are two separate transactions.
We have a short window for returns because we stock a small amount of inventory and items can turnover rather quickly. If you have an item longer than 5 days we miss the opportunity to sell it when it’s in season to another customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation-as we grow we hope to change this policy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Final sale items, candles, swimwear, intimates, cosmetics, health and personal care items, and gift cards are all FINAL SALE.

Securely package merchandise and receipt in the original or appropriate packaging and send back to the above address. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package. Customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item for refund please allow 5 business days for processing.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to be credited to your account after we’ve notified you that your refund has been processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com or 574-217-7481.
