Placing an order with Unity Boutique:
- Browse our site using the top navigation heading. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the option you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
- You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
- After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
- You will be asked to give us your billing address and shipping address.
- You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Florida shipments only) and shipping charges. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
- After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.
Unity accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In the shop we accept these as well as cash and check, with valid ID.
Unity Boutique ships all orders ground with the United States Postal Service. These rates depend on weight. Thank you for shopping with Unity Boutique! We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an in-house credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If you should need to exchange an item or get in store credit, no problem! Simply follow the below protocol:
*Call 720-570-5076 within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".
*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or in-house credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached. *Include a copy of the shipping invoice which accompanies your merchandise.
*Provide a legible explanation on a separate piece of paper.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Unity Boutique within 30 business days from the original invoice date. The entire process, after our receipt of merchandise, may take up to 45 business days.
*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
We seek 100% customer satisfaction and aim to get it right the first time. If we don't, please advise that the above requirements are in place to protect the customer and Unity Boutique.
